What exactly do I get?
A Plus store in your name on a ready subdomain or your own domain, a dashboard to run your store (apps, versions, sources, devices, activation codes and subscriptions), full infrastructure provisioning by the Basel Hub team, and an account to follow provisioning and support requests.
Can I migrate my existing store?
Yes, with the "Migrate and run an existing store" service. We review your library and sources first, agree with you on what moves and how, then provision the store on Basel Hub.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include a custom domain. Your store starts on a ready subdomain, then you connect your domain after proving ownership with a DNS record.
How do I start?
Create an account, choose your service and enter your store's identity. You follow provisioning from your account, and we contact you to confirm details and payment before starting; online payment is not enabled yet.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can move to a higher plan later and your store's data stays as it is.
